This room is named after a famed Operatic Composer, as are all our ground floor rooms, Johann Strauss II was an Austrian composer of light music, particularly dance music and operettas. He composed over 500 waltzes, polkas, quadrilles, and other types of dance music, as well as several operettas and a ballet. This room is often used for a variety of events from rehearsals, auditions, classes, clubs, workshops, dressing rooms and socials.
